If you are not receiving any updates for a while, most probably the target phone is connected to the week 3G/4G Internet signal.
Let's perform the following to reduce both connectivity and battery usage loss:
- Please, go to the Device Management tab at the very bottom of your mSpy account (mSpy Control Panel, Dashboard);
- Set Video and Photo to Wi-Fi ONLY.
These activities will let multimedia files not to be heavy uploaded through 3G/4G connection, so the queue of logs will go faster for the rest of the information from the target phone.
- Please, set the Update Interval to 20 minutes;
- Set the Location Update Interval to 10 minutes.
Frequent synchronization generates additional connectivity load. These are optimal settings for it.
Now let's see if logs start to update within next 3 hours.
