If you find your old data blocked (old logs displayed as encrypted text, or it shows "encrypted"), it means you have reset your password without the key-file that was sent to you via email.
There is no way to restore the old data. However, all new data will be uploaded to your account without any problems.

If you have not reset the password to your account please follow the guide below:
1) Sign out of your mSpy account. Hit the red number at the top right corner in your mSpy account (your customer ID) -> Sign out.
2) Clear the cache (history) of your web browser.
3) Sign back into your mSpy account.
