If you are installing mSpy
If antivirus detects mSpy (called ‘Update Service’ on the phone) or mSpy installation file (called bt.apk), you will typically be given two options: resolve or ignore (skip).
If that happens, press Ignore (Skip).
If you have already installed mSpy
These instructions will help you to prevent mSpy from being detected by the most popular antivirus apps.
ESET 
- Swipe up/down or left/right on the home screen to open the app drawer (a menu with all installed apps).
- Find Mobile Security and open it.
- Once the scanning is finished tap Details.
- Tap Update Service.
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap Ignore.
- On the main screen scroll down to the "Activity log" section
- Tap "See All"
- Press three dots at the top right corner
- Press "Clear all"
If you follow the instructions above - mSpy will not be detected by Eset anymore.
Antivirus & Virus Cleaner 
- Swipe up/down or left/right on the home screen to open the app drawer (a menu with all installed apps).
- Find Antivirus & Security and open it.
- Tap Scan.
- Once scanning is finished tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap Ignore.
Avast Mobile Security 
- Swipe up/down or left/right on the home screen to open the app drawer (a menu with all installed apps).
- Find Avast Mobile Security and open it.
- Tap Scan.
- Once Update Service is detected tap Ignore
AVG AntiVirus 
- Swipe up/down or left/right on the home screen to open the app drawer (a menu with all installed apps).
- Find AntiVirus and open it.
- Tap Scan.
- Once Update Service is detected tap Ignore.
Kaspersky
- If a prompt appears hit Skip
- Tap the three lines in the upper left corner
- Tap Scanner
- Untick the checkbox for Adware, auto-dialers, and other
