Please be advised that if you enter any section of your Control Panel and see that there are no new logs received during the last 1-6 hours, that doesn't mean the application is no longer connected or is not working. Note that mSpy transmits data only when there is an active Internet connection on the target phone. If the Internet is not active, mSpy still records data but will transfer it only when the phone goes online again.
If you are sure that the target phone was online at that time (chatted with you, you saw the online status of the user in any social network, or it was at home connected to Wi-Fi) we recommend you to check the synchronization settings in your account:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Click on ‘Device Management’.
- Make sure all features that are important for you are also set to ‘All connections’ in the ‘Phone Settings’ window.
If you are not receiving any updates from the target Android device for more than 24 hours, you will probably see the following message in the Dashboard section of your mSpy account.
