Jailbreaking is the process of removing restrictions on Apple iPhones or iPads. To use advanced mSpy features like Keylogger in social media apps, you need to jailbreak your target device.
Jailbreaking allows you to install a parental control app on your kid's iPhone that is capable of monitoring the following:
- Location
- Photos and videos
- Emails
- Browser history
- List of installed apps
- Notes
- Events
- List of Wi-Fi networks they’ve connected to
- List of contacts
- Texts
- Tinder messages
- View screenshots of their phone in action with the Screenrecorder
- See everything they type with the Keylogger
- Geo-Fencing
- Whatsapp tracking
The Keylogger feature allows you to track outgoing messages in social media apps (Snapchat, Facebook, etc.). Keylogger captures all the keystrokes on the phone you are monitoring. Keylogger lets you see everything your kid types on the phone in any application, including all Social Media.
Things to Keep in Mind
1. Jailbreaking is usually safe. However, it's recommended to back up your kid's device before jailbreaking just in case. Please use this guide to back up an iPhone or an iPad.
2. Keep in mind that jailbreaking voids the warranty of an Apple device. However, if you remove the jailbreak before requesting an Apple repair, they may not be aware that the device has been jailbroken.
3. If your kid restarts the phone or the phone turns off because of low power, the phone will no longer be jailbroken. You will need to jailbreak the device again.
What Do I Need to Jailbreak?
1. You need to have your kid's device, a PC or Mac, and a USB-cable to connect the phone to your computer. For iPhone 7 through iPhone 12, you need to know the Apple ID and password used on your child's iPhone.
2. Unfortunately, you cannot jailbreak just any iPhone. Please check if your kid's phone is compatible here.
3. If the device is compatible, follow the steps under the "How to Jailbreak an iPhone" section below.
