There's a list of possible reasons why Screenrecorder might stop working:
- the target device was restarted recently (it could have been turned off by the owner or the battery ran out)
- poor connection/no Wi-Fi, as photos are quite heavy to upload, especially because Screenrecorder only transfers data when there are 60 screenshots made in the specified application.
- the owner of the device simply hasn’t used any social media apps yet.
To figure out what caused the issue, please first make sure that you have granted all the needed permissions to Screenrecorder.
Then double check that you enabled it during the installation (swipe down on the screen to see if there is a Screenrecorder icon at the top).
Please also check if Screenrecorder was not disabled manually (the icon should be blue if it's turned off).
If the installation was done according to the requirements, please wait 24 hours for the Screenrecorder to be updated. If, for some reason, you still can’t see the icon at the top of the screen, please follow this guide to re-install mSpy.

My screen recorder stopped updating. I'm on Android. I used to work at first, but just stopped. Any help would be appreciated.
Following...same I already uninstalled and reinstalled app and it did the same thing. Only worked for a day and the stopped updating
same for me too, everything else works fine. screen recorder stopped after 3 days.
Exact same issue, worked fine for day or two - then stopped updating. Reinstalled multiple times - same story. Please fix this guys...
Screen Recorder not working. Uninstalled, reinstalled about 5 times! Delinked as well and reset up. Still not working!
So I've narrowed it down - the screen recorder service stops after a couple of days. It also stop when the phone is powered down and then started again - I've looked in the developer options when I installed it without restarting/powered down. You can see the screen recorder service, once you restart/power down and then back up the screen recorder service no longer runs. This is true even if you leave it alone for a couple of days. Reinstalling does not fix the issue! If I figure something out I will update for everyone. I have couple of ideas - although might take some time to figure out...
Me pasó exactamente lo mismo, instalé y funcionó bien por dos días, luego tuve que reinstalar y ahora no funcionó y me dicen que tengo que volver a reinstalar. No se puede reinstalar todos los días, tiene que haber una solución definitiva

Me too!! I have been reinstalling n it just doesn't work. It did work during the beginning. Everytime just gimme Link to read the same old instructions!! I am getting sick of it
me too, after reinstall still not workin, mspy should do something, and maybe need software updating?

As I can read, this problem with the screenrecorder is an old one. When will that be fixed? As it is an important part of this application! That will be great to have an update fixing this problem, without having to reinstall mspy.

For me the same issue. Screen recorder work’s maximum for 2-3 days and then stops updating. Every time you cannot uninstall and reinstall the target device as I don’t have access of the target device every time. Pls do something
