We've introduced a new feature to enhance your experience by ensuring all necessary permissions are granted for the proper functioning of the app. In case of missing permissions, you'll receive a notification in your dashboard. This guide will walk you through the process of verifying and granting permissions to guarantee seamless monitoring.
There are two types of permissions that need to be granted for the app to function smoothly:
Permission for "Appear on Top" function
- Log in to your mSpy account and access the dashboard.
- If any permissions are missing, you'll see a notification prompting you to verify and grant necessary permission
Granting Permissions:
To grant permissions, take the target device you are monitoring and follow these steps:

- A new window will open
- Locate and enable the mSpy Update Service app
In case you face issues with dialling the verification number for permission setup, make sure Accessibility permission is enabled. Consult this quick guide for detailed instructions on enabling it.
Note! If all permissions have been granted, please wait for 1-3 hours for the system to configure settings. After this period, check your mSpy account. The notification about missing permissions should no longer be visible.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure the target device is reachable and has an active internet connection.
- Double-check that you're calling the correct number (654321).
- If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.
