We've introduced a new feature to enhance your experience by ensuring all necessary permissions are granted for the proper functioning of the app. In case of missing permissions, you'll receive a notification in your dashboard. This guide will walk you through the process of verifying and granting permissions to guarantee seamless monitoring.
- Log in to your mSpy account and access the dashboard.
- If any permissions are missing, you'll see a notification prompting you to verify and grant necessary permission
1. To grant permissions, take the target device you are monitoring.
2. Call the number 000000.
Viewing Missing Permissions:
Shortly after, you'll receive a window indicating which permissions are not granted.
1. Click on the toggle switch near the permission name to enable it.
2. A new window will open. Locate and select the mSpy Update Service app.
3. Confirm the changes to grant the required permissions.
Note! If all permissions have been granted, please wait for 1-3 hours for the system to configure settings. After this period, check your mSpy account. The notification about missing permissions should no longer be visible.
