How to Erase Traces After the Installation (Android)

To erase traces of the app from the monitored device, you need to clear the browser and Play Store history and delete the Installation package (bt_installer.apk). Here’s how:

1. Go to Chrome (or another browser you used to download mSpy) → tap on the three dots in the top right corner →Downloads  → delete bt_installer.apk

2. Go back and tap on the three dots in the top right corner again →History → delete everything with getmspy.net

3. To the right of the address bar, tap Switch tabs →Select tab with our download page → Close this tab

      Also, you can go to Privacy→Clear browsing data→Clear data and remove everything 

Clear data in Play Store.

Open Settings >  Apps and notifications >  See all apps >  Google Play Store >  Storage and cache > Clear
