If you do not see updates in your account after the installation, there can be several reasons why.
If you have followed the installation guide step-by-step, there should be no problems.
Note that it may take up to 30 minutes to receive the first update from the phone you installed mSpy on and transfer it to your mSpy account.
In order to fully update data in your account, the app may need up to 24 hours, which depends on various factors, such as internet connection on the target device, the Update rates in your account, and the activity performed on the target device. Make sure the phone you are monitoring has a steady Internet connection. Note that mSpy transmits data only when there is an active Internet connection on the target phone. If the Internet is not active, mSpy still records data, but will transfer it only when the phone goes online again.
If you see only half of the updated information (updates in keylogger, for instance) but do not see the call logs, make sure you have turned on all the toggles during the installation. If some are still off, the app must be reinstalled. To reinstall it, please follow this guide.
If you see a blank page after the installation and do not see the device model in your account where it is marked on the screenshot, reinstallation will be required. To reinstall it, please follow this guide.
If 24 hours have already passed since the installation and you don’t see any information in your mSpy account, we recommend you re-install mSpy using these guidelines.
