Please follow these steps on the device you are monitoring:
- For Samsung (Android less than 8), Sony Xperia and most Android devices of other brands: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For Huawei Devices: go to Settings -> Smart Assistance -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For target Xiaomi Devices: go to Settings -> Additional Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For Samsung devices with Android version higher than 8: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> find the option ‘Installed Services’ and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
Then just log into your mSpy account and go to the Keylogger tab in the left-hand side list of tabs. As soon as anything is typed on the monitored phone in any app, the setup instructions under the Keylogger tab will disappear, and you will start seeing the information.
